Caldicot Town Centre is seeing a spike in the amount of traders considering opening businesses in our town centre.
In the last six weeks there has been an increase in new business enquiries for Caldicot town centre, which is welcome news for both existing businesses and members of the public.
With the imminent opening of Card Factory and the expansion of Ladybird Pottery in the town centre and other interest in empty retail premises, Caldicot town centre could be under full occupancy for the first time in recent years.
Local Agent Julian Bladen from ETP Properties is pleased that there is so much interest in Caldicot town centre. “With lots of conversations and viewings taking place it is likely that by the end of 2019 there will be no empty units within the town centre at all. This is great news for existing businesses and visitors and customers to the town centre.”
