Welcome to a new way of retail in Caldicot. CORE is a new not for profit unit based in Caldicot Town Centre. Run by volunteers of Caldicot Town Team CORE offers a varied range of temporary and permanent retailers working alongside a growing community hub which includes a free indoor soft play area and cafe area
CORE offers the opportunity for new and existing businesses to expand and build the business by taking advantage of a low cost rental space, while having the benefits of reaching Caldicot Town Team’s thousands of followers on social media.
CORE is not all about retail, the space has been used for many different events and projects since we opened including transforming the space into a Dinosaur Museum and bringing in young people to learn how to DJ and mix music.
Our warm space cafe area is open during normal shop opening hours and is available to anyone, without question, who wishes to have a hot or cold drink. We pride ourselves on being a caring and safe space in Caldicot Town Centre. The warm space is a free to use area, donations are by discretion and is popular with Mum’s and Dad’s as the little ones use the Soft Play Area.
At CORE we always enjoy the seasons and occasions, frequently decorating the store to match themes and heritage.
Regular craft days are always popular in Caldicot Town centre, with dozens visiting throughout our interactive events. Adding more diversity into the space allows us and you to meet more people, to promote your products and to start new friendships.
