10% Discretionary Payment *

While a flat-rate fee is charged, Caldicot Town Team operates as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company and is run entirely by volunteers. Although not compulsory, it is recommended that successful events make a discretionary contribution of 10% to Caldicot Town Team to support the running and infrastructure costs involved in delivering the event. Entry fees are set to balance affordability for visitors while contributing towards the costs of running the event.
