Monmouthshire Fayre Brings Fresh, Local Flavours to CORE Caldicot

We’re delighted to introduce Monmouthshire Fayre, a local farm-based business from South Monmouthshire, now part of the CORE Caldicot family. Owned by Jessi, Monmouthshire Fayre specializes in offering high-quality, traceable, and additive-free meals made with fresh, local ingredients. Jessi’s mission is to promote a circular economy, supporting 10 local farms and over 20 other businesses while providing healthier, home-cooked alternatives to supermarket ready meals.

With a focus on “good, clean eating,” Monmouthshire Fayre prides itself on delivering delicious food that nourishes both body and community. Customers can enjoy a convenient Click & Collect service from the CORE store in Caldicot, making locally-sourced meals more accessible to everyone.

CORE Caldicot is located at 43 Newport Road, Caldicot, (The old Store 21 for locals!) and is open Weekdays 9am – 3pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm. (subject to volunteer availability. You can purchase Monmouthshire Fayre products as well as browse our other independent retailers, enjoy a coffee or soft drink in our Warm Space Cafe area, bring the little ones in for a play in our soft play area and even use our Hot-desking area with free wifi for those wishing to find a new space to do some work.
