With lockdown now over, at least for now! Caldicot Town Team have planned their Markets for the next few months, taking us until Christmas.
The next market taking place is the Autumn Market, on Saturday October 3rd which runs from 9am until 3pm. Caldicot benefits from free parking and a flat pedestrianised town centre so is ideal for everyone to attend. Stall holders have been keen to book with us and we could be looking as many as 30 traders.
Following the October Autumn Market is our Winter Market, traders offer a wide selection of Christmas gifts, perfect for you to pick for your loved ones. The Winter Market takes place on Saturday 7th November from 9am until 3pm in Caldicot Town Centre.
In the run up to Christmas, its the ideal opportunity to be able to soak up the atmosphere of the festive season and enjoy browsing our busiest markets of the year. We are pleased to be running two markets in December, the first taking place on Saturday 5th December and the second market on Saturday 19th December, both running from 9am until 3pm.
For traders who would like to book a pitch, which start at £15 for a 3m x 3m pitch. If you wish, you can hire one of our gazebos at just £5 per market (Although these are limited) You will need to complete the 2020 markets booking form and return it to us via email, along with your relevant payment (bank details and references are on the form) We do try the limit the amount of traders offering the same items and pitches fill up quickly, so please don’t delay.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to our markets taking place, it will be great to see our regular members of the public and returning traders, following the lockdown and restrictions that have been in place for the last 6 months.
We take the safety of our traders, businesses and members of the public very seriously. We provide hand sanitiser throughout the town centre and encourage you to use these wherever possible, we also offer screens for traders who wish to take advantage of them and set out our pitches to allow social distancing as best as we can.
