Platinum Jubilee Celebrations in Caldicot

Caldicot Town Team are really excited to be able to organise a huge street party style event in Caldicot Town Centre on Saturday 4th June 2022. With a big screen and lots of entertainment we are hoping the day will be a wonderfully memorable day for all.

Caldicot Town Team have organised a giant screen which will be showing key moments from the Queen’s Reign as well as live coverage of events taking place throughout the country.

The event is completely free to attend. We would love it if you could bring a plate or two of food to share with friends, neighbours and local residents, much like we did for the Royal Wedding Celebrations back in 2018.

Tables and chairs will be decorated in the British flag colours and the town centre will proudly have British flag bunting adorning the centre.

The event runs from 1pm until late, with live entertainment and lots of activities to get involved with. If you have a story to share, please do let us know so that we can share with everyone else on the day.

This once in a lifetime event is not one to be missed, and don’t worry if the sun isn’t shining, we will make sure the event is enjoyable for everyone, from 1 – 101 years old.
