- Knives/Guns/Fuel or any other similar products are not allowed on site and will be removed.
- Illegal substances are banned from the site, anyone found using illegal substances may be referred to the authorities.
- Alcohol is not sold on site, and while not banned we do ask that you enjoy in moderation, any drunken or inappropriate behaviour reported to us or witnessed by us may result in removal from the site.
- The Emergency Services Event is a family event and we would expect everyone to behave in a responsible appropriate and sensible manner. we do hold the power to remove those who threaten to disrupt or disturb the event.
Bringing Pets
We welcome dogs to the event and dogs are allowed inside Caldicot Castle, however we do insist that dogs are on leads at all times and that they are cleaned up after, the event sees hundreds of children throughout the day and we want everyone to enjoy themselves in safe and clean conditions
Due to the nature of the event it is noisy, with lots of sirens and flashing lights, so we do ask you to consider your pets needs to avoid or reduce any distress these may cause visiting pets.
Toilets/Amenities
Two blocks of toilets are available on site, one within the main event field as well as toilets available within Caldicot Castle itself.
Disabled Toilets are also on the main event field
All toilets are in the form of temporary portaloos.
Food/Refreshments
We have traders offering a range of food and refreshments, including Burger Vans, Pizza, Coffee, Donuts and other refreshments.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food, drinks and picnics to the event, we may however need to check bags due to security risks, to help make this process quicker and to avoid issues, we ask that you only bring sealed drinks/food wherever possible.
