With Christmas on the horizon, and lockdowns taking place just across the border in England, it is certainly a difficult time for businesses across the country. Caldicot Town Team have recently secured a business premises in Caldicot Town Centre and have space available for 2 traders who wish to sell products/items in the run up to Christmas.
Known as Caldicot Goes Pop! the project has been created and run by Caldicot Town Team since 2015 in various units within the town centre. The premise, is to create affordable, unique opportunities for small businesses, to be able to trade and sell in Caldicot at peak times during the year for short periods of time.
The project has been successful over the years, with Christmas Market halls, indoor pitches for market traders and for community groups and organisations to be able to trade.
Price is a key point of Caldicot Goes Pop! As a not for profit community interest company run by volunteers, we know how difficult it is to be able to generate income in such a costly environment. Thats why we do all we can to help support businesses.
For this phase of Caldicot Goes Pop! we have allocated 2 areas within the business premises for traders, which is right in the centre of Caldicot town centre, giving maximum visibility and opportunity.
Pitches are £50 per week and will run until the first week in January. The price includes rental, business rates, electricity, and access to our wifi and social media promotion. There are no hidden costs.
If you are interested in taking a pitch, we would ask you to get in touch with us either by, Emailing Us Here or by calling or texting 07543 332368.
We are expecting a demand for this, so would encourage you to make contact as soon as possible.
