2022 Markets & Events
Caldicot Town Team have a busy year of Events and Markets taking place throughout 2022 and we would love for you to join us!
From our regular markets featuring individual independent traders to our incredible Christmas Cracker event, we have lots taking place throughout the year, with something to entertain everyone.
Our plans to keep costs as low as possible for families and visitors continue this year with our efforts put into value for money at all of our events.
We start off the year with a celebration for St David’s Day and our first market on Saturday 26th February 2022 from 9am until 3pm. Caldicot Town Team will be decorating the town centre in Welsh Bunting and will have Welsh themed traders along with some light entertainment throughout the day. You may even be lucky enough to see a dragon in the town centre.
We continue our feel good free entry Street Food Festivals, taking place in June and July. We will be adding in new features to these free to attend events, including special displays throughout the evenings.
Our annual events are back again, including our Family Fun Day, with a brand new theme and our 999 Emergency Services Day which gives visitors the opportunity to meet all the forces and emergency vehicles.
Caldicot Town Team and Hoggin The Bridge are so excited to bring back and celebrate the 20th Ride of Hoggin The Bridge, with its 3 day event taking place in Caldicot. More details will be released soon including presales and details of entertainers and acts.
Our Christmas Cracker will also be making a return in 2022, with a parade from Caldicot Castle to the town centre, live entertainment and lots of festive fun and frolics.
