Caldicot Goes Pop! Does Prom A Success

On Thursday evening, Caldicot Town Team held a prom evening in the empty Store 21 unit, which was a great success.

Local businesses Essence of Beauty, Country Flowers, Clean and fresh and Hair Studio attended, along with jewellery traders E Designs and SJ Jewellery.

Members of the public who had purchased tickets had first dibs on a large selection of beautiful short and long dresses, most of which were brand new with the RRP between £179 and £329. Shoes and bags were also on sale throughout the event. With a price tag of £25 – £35 the dresses are perfect for cruises, weddings, black tie events and ballroom events.

Almost 100 people visited the event in the town centre, with free drinks on arrival and a raffle, the evening was relaxed and informal.

Caldicot Town Team will be running an appointment system over the next week for anyone who is interested in trying on and purchasing dresses. You can make an appointment by contacting us through facebook or our contact form below.

We would like to give a massive thank you to everyone who donated anything for the event, and a special thanks to Waitrose Caldicot for donating the drinks and glasses for the evening!

The shop will be open during our Vintage and Arts market on Saturday May 5th so come along and visit us.

Money raised from the event will go towards supporting Caldicot Town Team in their projects, markets and upcoming events.
