Plans To Change Use From Commercial To Residental
London & Cambridge properties have applied for planning permission to convert the first floor office units above Wesley Buildings to residential flats.
The plans which can be found on the Monmouthshire Planning Pages include converting the old offices (Ron Bailey Insurance, The Right Connection, M.I.N.D) into four flats, utilising the existing entrance area between 4 & 5 Wesley Buildings. The offices have been empty for some years, and are currently vacant, despite advertising with local property agent ETP.
The application was first added to Monmouthshire County Council Planning Portal on 28th November 2017.
Currently there is no date as to when this willing be put forward in front of the planning committee.
