Booking A Pitch for Market Days – Traders
To book a pitch to one of our upcoming markets, please download and complete our returning to us once completed by our Event Booking Form , by E-Mail or post to C/O 38 Newport Road, Caldicot, Monmouthshire, NP26 4BQ along with any fees payable.
T&C’s
- Bookings will not be confirmed by Caldicot Town Team until such as time as the relevant pitch fee is received.
- Pitch fees can be made by way of cheque or BACS and must be paid before the day of the event.
- Vehicles must be removed from the town center by 10:30 am on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed with Caldicot Town Team – parking is available nearby.
- Caldicot Town Team will always seek to ensure that stalls are not duplicated, however no one trader will have exclusivity rights as to what type of stock is sold.
- Should the event be cancelled, pitch fees will be returned within 7 working days from cancellation.
- Pitch fees will be kept, should a trader decide not to attend the event.
- It is the traders responsibility to ensure that all relevant insurance policies are in place. Caldicot Town Team reserve the right to request copies from traders before or on the day of the event.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, at the discretion of Caldicot Town Team.
