999 Emergency Services Day – Information (updated)

Our prebook option for parking at Our 999 Emergency Services Event at Caldicot Castle on
Sunday will close at 12:00.

But; dont panic, You will still be able to make your way down throughout the day on Sunday and pay when you arrive and at exactly the same price as online £5 per car. (Disabled Blue Badge Holders are Free but spaces are very limited) We will be taking Card and Cash payments on site, and our marshals are there to help and direct you.

For everyone who has Pre- booked, all you need to do is show us the email you would have received when you booked (or your subsequent confirmation email) showing your order number either on a mobile phone or tablet.

There is nothing to print out (unless you wish to of course) simply show us when you arrive.

Gates will open for cars at 9:45am (please do not queue up onto church road before that time as it is in use by local residents. Use postcode NP26 4HU.

For those on Foot, gates will open at 10am.

Donation Buckets will be located at the Church Road entrance of Caldicot Castle, if you have come by foot and would like to make a donation, we would be hugely grateful, but it is by no means a requirement for entry.

We really want you to enjoy yourself and visit our wonderful Castle and Country Park, so please do feel free to wander throughout the site*on the day, (it’s a great view and photo opportunity from the top of the castle towers of all the emergency services on display!)

*please do keep to pathways and follow any instructions by marshals, some areas are restricted for safety reasons.

Don’t forget that we love seeing all your pictures and videos from the day. You can use the hashtags #caldicot999 and #999day to showcase your day, tag our pages or send us a message with photos to be included on our website.

Most of all, have fun and enjoy! See you Sunday!
